1＃ Go ToEverytime I try to log in the texture fails at the end of the loading screen and puts me back into a black screen. Everytime I refresh the page it still goes back into a black screen. The Internet here works well.

you should ask your ISP too about that dude. Since no matter how good your internet is, sometimes it could be bad when accessing some server, and that would be a problem from ISP, not the server. Since ISP could deliberately make the connection bad to the certain server on purpose, or having an error for a certain connection.
