Did anyone do the 3 ninja for the spring session and was it for chase mission or the RNO

I did Weekend Missions - Chase Missions earlier and didn't get any progress for my April's Missions but after doing Rogue Ninja Outburst, my Tracing the Rebels mission got lit up .. So i guess, once a week you can get progress in this mission since it is 3/3 completion times ..
