Dear Oasis Team.

I noticed yesterday, that you have the ability to buy clothing for coupons even if you already have that clothes. I spent 2,668 coupons on clothing I already have, and didnt get anything. So my question is How can the game allow a player to spend coupons on virtually nothing, stay with me, I paid the price for 46 frags of speed of light (which i thought was yes master) and then realized I already have this, but the money was gone, and so were the extra fragments. That's a bug and a mistake working in your advantage. In my book when you pay for something, you should get it, otherwise its a scam. Where are the fragments i bought? I'll be happy to give them to someone who doesn't have that clothing or get back the coupons I payed(2,688) for nothing.

According to Federal Trade Commission and I quote:
"When a business accepts your payment for products or services they must supply them to you within the timeframe they have indicated or if no time was specified, within a reasonable time.

If you do not receive the products or services you have paid for, your first step should be to contact the business to try and resolve the problem. (this is my second attempt to let you know about the problem.)

If you are still having difficulty resolving the problem, contact your local state and territory Federal Trade Comission. They may be able to assist you in your dispute with the business."

Please react accordingly, the support team in-game totally disregarded my report, but I understand people are just people, they make mistakes. This bug is in serious violation of any civilized trade regulations and should be dealt with immediately.
