so i've been having this wierd issue with my auto fight since yesterday i have all my initiative runes on my main who is pos 1 but for some wierd reason on auto susanno kakashi keeps using his mystery first and he is 3rd position and both mysteries cost the same 40 chakra

Some ninjas have priority over others when on auto, it just means auto considers Susanoo Kakashi more important than the other ninja. Another example of this is Sai[Suit] being used on auto instead of Water main's Shark Bomb.
