These missions should be for everyone to complete with minimal resistance, but requires effort. With your reasoning, you may as well have "Recharge 10,000 ingots to activate node"

The point of this event is for participation and people doing their due diligence. By limiting events to people that can NEVER get certain nodes within the month, that limits their placement and rankings overall.
