It's already been made clear that it is poorly phrased, and it actually requires you to be in the top 3, not just top 10. So unless you were top 3, there's nothing wrong here.

As pointed out, you need to obtain top 3 in one of the 3 lands in order to qualify for this achievement

I'm fine with that, there are enough things you can get points for to make up for that.

I'm not fine with it. They already have exclusive things in the overall 3 month ranking (being top zenith or 1st in space time). These missions should be for everyone to complete with minimal resistance, but requires effort. With your reasoning, you may as well have "Recharge 10,000 ingots to activate node"

The point of this event is for participation and people doing their due diligence. By limiting events to people that can NEVER get certain nodes within the month, that limits their placement and rankings overall.

I hit 3 winning side and 2 top 3 places on a 165K alt. It's not always about just being a high spender. As long as you didn't level yourself into a really difficult bracket, it's possible as F2P or very low spender.

Spenders got top zenith? Dude, even if you spend a lot of money in the game, it never make you became top zenith, since no matter how high your normal status is, all of it is nothing in zenith.
