[INO FLOWER BUG] CANT GAIN FLOWERS

the event ino flower is broken i used my saved potions to get my naruto but after spending it only 6 flowers gave to me -__-.i spent 267 normal potions and 1,684 small potions and i get only 6 flowers on ino flowers event :3 is the drop rate very low or the event is bugged?i saved that potions for so long since 2017 and it is so dissapointing that my saving will come to waste :(help :<

current flowers: 6 after using 30190 stamina (13350 stamina on normal pots, 16840 stamina on small pots)
