In assist links, he appears unclickable with a "enhancement" bar o him. I have both kid kakashi and kid Obito at level 5 in assist links and I see other players in my server with skill breakthrough Minato so I think the problem is "on me". Any thoughts? Reply

You have to have his assist link level at 25. So 7+6+6+6 link levels for it to activate.

doesn't matter what combination, what matters is that the sum of the levels is 25 or more
