I have 2 credit cards 1 is Maestro another is Mastercard, the game accepts my Maestro card but does not accept my MasterCard card which is where I have more money already tried several times and I do not know what to do If someone can help me comment

Hi! I would highly recommend to contact Customer Service directly so they can troubleshoot the recharge issue specific to your case. You can find the Customer Service here.


Additional Note: If your credit card does not work, I suggest trying to attach it on a Paypal account. Usually there is less issue when using a Paypal account, as there are times that a specific bank has policy in place making it difficult to purchase online.
