You have very few options here as lightning main to run in arena ranked, but you've got a lot more as water and wind main. Here are some ranked battle team examples which you c*e :

Main team:
Main - Tendo - Konan - Asuma WB

Second team:
Roshi - Yagura - Sakura Cloak - Gakido

Third Team:
Just add all the other pains for full buffs

The up combination and in general with lightning main, you cannot really do much nowadays in ranked battle. They are way too easy to be countered.


Also, I would really try water main more, since you got some solid ninjas to play with her, especially as position 1, but there are many combinations. Lightning Main is working mostly with very specific ninjas and teams nowadays. If you got any questions or would like to see teams in ranked of the other mains, let me know.

Sure, I'd suggest you to run water main more and here is *ternative option:

We're using Han in one of the teams here, to remove all the buffs from the field, so we can be more effective, especially with the shark bomb:


This is our main team, she is really good many times and she can cause a lot of trouble. You c*e any support with her that can cleanse of heal the team.


The second team can be something like this :

Han is there to remove everything from the shield, the pains are just solid supporters and mei can just give an additional immobile whenever Han can trigger some attack. Additionally, if you got more initiative, she'll bring up her barrier and you'll get some buffs as well, since Han does not remove barrier buffs.


The third team can look like this:

Since you don't have Edo Fuguki to spam Roshis chase always, this team here is solid as an addition in ranked battle. Some chases there are on going, Gakido as a safety, Yagura will copy someone.

You can replace the supporting ninjas with every other healing/reflecting type, etc, you can play around and change the supports of each team to see what do you like more. Additionally, if you don't wanna play with Han and removing buffs, you can add Sasuke Suit in there, Killerbee, Normal Gaara skill broken, Iruka and play with full buffs instead.
If you would like to run wind main, you should run her with buffs, either with Sage Naruto as the main damager, Roshi, Wind Main, whichever ninja you would like to try. You can build a lot around them.
