What treasure reset? Can you say something more?

The treasure reset is only for the limited edo jin treasure with edo han and edo roshi in it. All they mean is that the next time it shows up, it will be as if you had done zero pulls in it for the purposes of getting a super rare.

There are some things in game that involved around the word "Treasure" ..

If by any chance you mean Treasure Reset, as in the Counter of one Treasure, all Regular Treasures of the game such as Great Ninja War, Jinchuriki 1 and 2, Five Kage Treasure and others doesn't have Resets .. Maybe after getting a Super Rare which im not sure ..

If you're asking about the Treasure Reset of Time-Limited Treasures then yes it resets .. All pull you've done during the duration of the said Time-Limited Treasure will be only valid and counted during that time and once the Treasure was closed and removed, your pulls will be back to zero ..

But if you are asking about the Treasure Free Draws Reset then for Ninja Treasures it is 48hrs before getting another Free Draw (It is written there as each treasure has timer) and for the Summon one is 24hrs ..
