sure just log-in to the forums using facebook then at the top of the page click settings. after the next page loads, on the left you will see a tab labeled account security click that then choose bind account then pick an email and password to associate with your account this will allow you to log in with either facebook or with the email and password you set. So if facebook goes down again you can still log-in to the game.

As partially answered above, if you go to your User Centre you can bind your account to an email address there. Keep in mind this email cannot already be attached to an existing Naruto Online account. Once you have bound your acc then you will be able to login via the email address rather then facebook and if you were to delete your facebook then your account would be unaffected. You will however, to answer your question still be able to login via Facebook.
