Improve the priority of shielding

Hi, I would like to make a suggesion about ninjas who have passive talent what shield other units.
First of all, I know these shields are pretty good, almost overpowered, so maybe there is no reason to change, but I stil lfeel it extremelly silly, so if possible please forward it to the devs.

I have multiple ninjas who give shield, like Gaara, Iruka, Ao, Juugo, Playboy Sasuke, and if its about ninjas who give shield to the whole party, there is no problem, but when they give shield to certain "attributes" (like fire, water, female, etc) with a limited number, the AI gives it to clones, summons etc instead of ninjas.
Ao for example, first he shield his 2 clone before start shielding ninjas, what means if you have multiple water ninjas in the team, he not going to give himself, maybe even your main. Or when you use playboy with wind main in Ranked, he give shield all the clones first and maybe some other female ninjas get it too.

I think first they should shield ninjas and clones only after that.
