You can basically make some nice teams, so let's go on:

Here is a team I personally was using a lot in space time, to counter some specific lineups :

Earth Main - Bee - Itachi - Kushina

A really solid team which works great against some teams in 1v1. You c*e this team as wind main as well. Additionally, bee can be replaced with Hiruzen for the sealing mystery if needed. Additionally, this team works great as wind main too.


Wind Main - Kurenai - Minato - Itachi

A team which I loved using a lot in arena. Its a very solid and fun team if you wanna try it out.

Other options of running Itachi are full buffs, for example something like Itachi - Fire - Iruka/shisui and Killerbee which a super solid arena team as well and Itachi really hits hard since elemental resistances do not count in there.
Another option is lightning main - Roshi - Itachi and Killerbee. This team however is not that good anymore like before, but it was super fun. But those teams are mostly the classic old style now and have many counters.

In general, in arena you can consider Itachi position 1, he is really great and does a loooooot of damage. Basically anyone that can buff him in arena works. In pvp however, Itachi is a support mostly, I'm not really recommending him as position one anymore, because of the elemental resistances.

With Sasuke Rinne you can try to use him as well + Shisui or any other buffer using Fire/Lightning Mains. Minato Jonin works as well with him + kurenai. There many options.
