1＃ Go ToWhat's the correct way to handle pos1 equipment? I know some invest everything(refine, charm etc.) to pos1 , others don't or just keeps pos1 items above just few levels.
Also about treasured tools, 4 ropes is best and most common right now, right? Also put everything (essences) to pos1?

each tool has its pros and cons its just rope is basically broken on pos 1 simply of how injury scaling is out the window a simple 10k difference is 5 times the damage on critical. Also more criticals is also great. Its normally 4 ropes but you can throw in a gourd for the control. I think its best to think that rope for dps, fan and blade for one hit wonders and gourd for tanks and cc.
Its pretty important on how you want to build, but generally refine and charm should be at lvl 6 since it should be really easy after that everything else into pos 1. You can generally put magatamas 1-2 levels higher while rune stone can be 3-4 levels higher since it also scales off charm. This is assuming you have someone like Naruto[Sage of Six Path].

Right now my pos1 refines are 5-6lvls. I have like 400 med and 100 adv refines. Should i go all-in on 1-2 equips to lvl them to lvl7 at least, or lvl everyone equally (starting from lvl5)?
If your refines are level 6 right now that's good, better to hold it there.
Save adv refine to 1300. it might sound difficult, but there are so many Sun events for players to keep buying in grocery shop.
Then do that rebate from lvl 6 to 10 in one go is better for you in long term.
