The point of 5kmadara in that team is to remove buffs so you can't be blitzed and to stop your opponent from launching mysteries. You can substitute for shark kisame to stop mysteries or han to remove buffs, but neither will work as well as madara. If you don't have either, kiba new year might work, but hes really bad in general.

Ningendo is a good f2p replacement, his chase sets up the same combo, but with immobile instead of acupuncture+chakra steal
