The assist rank bonus; Is the bonus *ulative or do you only receive the bonus if you equip the ninja?

For Example, Mei Terumi has an assist rank of 4 but I don't equip her and equip Ao instead with an assist rank of 1. Will I still receive the bonus stats from Mei or not?

u will receive thw stats u see at the bottom of the interface. it's *ulative. what u wont get is the 2-20% nin/res or tai/def buff from the non-equipped ninja
