Please need colect good fromations for Lightning main lvl 65

Hello please i like colect some formations with skills and pets for Lightning main LVL 60-65+
I have now this combination, but now not wel work for PVP and Arena and in Ninja Exams i stop on stage 75. I also have problem made 3 shurikens in normal quest instances.
I have colected all normal pets only that gold pets i do not have, i am not paying player.
Can you please qive me options for good formations from those ninjas that i shoved on picture where i tried show as much ninjas as i can and colected.
I need also skills setings and what pet using and what pets have in triangle.
I like see good formation for long combo, adainst main Earth, Fire, Water and Wind characters.
I like know some good formation that able do counterattacks.
