can confirm he's in game
according to the mods he will need 4 star going forward, but for the people with no jobs/different time zones, what have you, who claimed the books at 3 star already have his breaks in use

kinda like a more drastic version of the cheap sakura frags a while a go
oasis are god awful at their simple jobs and mess up
people log in early take advantage of their mistake
oasis catch on, but instead of addressing the issue with any logical response, they let the lucky players slide by and effectively spit in the faces of other players from that point on because we ultimately pay for a fault that lies %100 on the companies end
