I wanted to know if we can buy ninja fragment after unlocking it from collect??

You can only use Sun coins, Trial points, moon coins or coupons to buy frags in Collect interface.


Some Rare ninjas like the hokages cant use any of those. Because Oasis dont want people to get too overpowered with them
