Actually you are the one who don't have a clue. Even with suggestion it would be very hard to make oasis to approve what you want, because (in case you don't realize), there is a lot of player here, with a different suggestion of what they want, do you really think they could listen to all of it? Even some of the could contradict each other, for example someone want to get a breakthrough for ninja x, but others would say that breakthrough would make the game unbalanced and they didn't approve it. Its nearly impossible to make them approve player suggestion, thats why the other dude said that. Every older player would know its impossible already.

Iam not forcing them to apply this skill break asap this is just "Suggestion" as i said before, i dont want it asap and if they didn't approve something it doesn't mean it wouldn't be there in few months. (Same like Kakuzu skill breakthrough which is already here)
