Ninja assists buffs and edo hiruzen

The +ninjutsu/attack +resistance/defense % bonus is applied only by fire attribute ninjas. I recommend Danzo, as i'm not even sure what decent fire attribute ninja would benefit from +attack buff more than from +nin.
