Well i tested this today and i really cant see any difference. Not sure if there is a way to check if res/def is working or not. Why do you think its bugged?

A lot of people in my group is using Chiruku 4 star and i would be nice to know before next gnw finals.

Chiriku is not kushina habanero.

Is not supposed to be your move 1 nuker that takes all the hits.

Just because he reset mystery cd while being hit doesn't mean you have to let him being hit.
