My neji shows that his skill is a prompt one.. now as far as i understand the game it should be available for use in the first round since it only needs 20 chakra..

But for some unknown reason i cant use it as it shows 1 round countdown..

Can anyone tell me the reason why this is happening??/

Or is it a bug??
