1＃ Go ToHello all,
I collect data. I like spreadsheets.So here is some for you.
A happy little whale was kind enough to assist me in gathering data and patiently jotted down 920 -that's nine hundred and twenty- spins.
Well, 921 with the free spin, but who's counting? Oh, right, I am.
This is the conjoined Raw Data, I keep track of many but a whale on this, a fresh attempt, is quite valuable.
This breaks down like so:
And what's interesting is how it compared to a person who has spent a mere 1000 coupons +1 free for 51 spins. *Hint, that's me : D *
I am red bar, and the yellow and green is for the whale, $$$, and the blue bar is the theoretical "if all the spins were equal line".
It looks like, if you have money to burn, getting Edo Deidara frags isn't too hard. Otherwise, not a single person in nearly a thousand spins got Madara bits,
Interesting wot?

Oh, and if you are looking at the Payouts the star ratio is somewhere between
0.3517241379
and
0.3571428571
or a Star over coupon ratio of 7 coupons per star.
So, with those ratios, if you spent 1000 coupons, you'd get:
140~ish stars.
And if you feed those into the star box...
That's what is coming out.
Now, there are ways to nudge the data, but I won't go on about those on the official forums.

Madara is in the tile where used to be the 80 frags ninja or the 50 frags of naruto ninetails chakra.
That tile is more or less proved to be limited to 1 per day per server for top50s and up to 7 or 14 per week for whoever is not in top 50.
The chance is 1/1200 before the counters i talked about are hit.
What does it mean? That if a top 50 got once the 10 frags of madara then the chance for the other 49 top 50 to get madara within that day is 0, while, at the same time non top50 can get it and their ones are not limited to 1 per day, but once 7 are delivered their chance too becomes 0.
Beware oasis won't ever admit it works so.

Hi! The tile with Madara is not limited. More than one player can get the ninja fragments. It is rare, but not limited.

im gonna slap some publishers if they make me wait another week for a redeem 6p, seriously enough of this soft nerf not letting f2p get him, i wish i had knew they would do this so i could choose sasuke instead. -

yes.. but no one plays lucky wheel for the ninjas anymore... if you consider the fact ur getting stars more often than not, then the event makes sense; you've almost a 75% chance to get stars :/ we all know the wheel is broken and won't give u madara's but when u know that already does it matter?
