I also found Pain's Hideout and Akatsuki's Cave base. Are there any other locations on the map that are hard to find like this, ones that you can't teleport to using the World Map? Reply

I think one of the coolest places is the little ninja command room next to the Hokage Office, where they interrogated people.

I think it was called the Interrogation Room.

It's in north Konoha (42,172). Head through the gate that leads to the Hokage's office, take an immediate left, and follow the curve of the building.
