Suspect that this happened yesterday. My account was buggy, couldn't even open my ninja selection interface, didn't think much about this at the time and I wasn't keeping my eye on my coupons yesterday, though I am 100% sure that i didn't spend it on anything :/

Day you lost your coupons and how much : Day that i assume that i lost it : 09/Sept/2016, The amount i had was something above 300 coupons (i remember 3*), 10/Sept/2016 I had 50 coupons (+ 60 coupons as i reached lvl 60 which make a total of 110 coupons)

we have checked this and you didn't loose your coupons.

You used 175 and 143 coupons at 10:39 - 9th September, you used them for equipment refinement
