I suggested that in the past but it never got any attention, I still think it'd be cool to have a double lariat bond mystery between fourth and bee but i doubt it'll ever happen.

That's probably the trickiest part.

Bee has 3 different forms. Each with different types of mystery.

7 Sworded Thug-Extra attack+Interruption immunity to a unit

Samehada-Lightning Armor

8 Tails-AoE damage

If there was a double lariat, it'd have to replace one of these, and it'd have to be pretty good to replace one of these, if we're taking off of canon, then it'd go to Thug bee, as the other two have Samehada, which he does not have at the time of the attack being used, of course this is naught but a factor. But it'd have to be pretty good to beat Thug's mystery, which is pretty darn handy. Of course, it'd alternate between the two, but still, it'd make a difference.

Meanwhile, the only Ay has lightning armor, if this were replaced with double Lariat, it'd have to be pretty good if he were to maintain blitz, perhaps an undodgable high damage attack? Perhaps even an instant kill, but that might be way too much. Having him alternating between the two would be odd.

One thing I can see working is for it to be a chase, we have barrier bonds (Edo Tobi and Orochimaru) and bond mysteries (Anbutachi and JMinato), it could work as a bond chase which ignores some defense and resistance, causes paralysis, and grants an extra attack, if it were a mix of Thug and 4th Raikage, it could increase his combo potential, too.

They should make a [Cloak] Raikage and give him the bond mystery because right now between all the Bee's and Fourth Raikage it'd be difficult to decide who gets it.

Not a bad idea, I recall Whitefang making a video about a Raikage variant among those lines.

maybe ay would be able to supress immunity to debuff(true immunity ) and causing tag at the same while launching 4 extra attacks so he can be able to use break susanoo itachi super armor (with skillbreak passive )

That is not a bad idea at all! It would still let Ay work as blitz and be a counter against immune nin who he can't tag.

exactly. so far it seem if you have skillbreaks you dont get bonds
