used to be very good when the most common meta used to be shisui + itachi anbu one (since oneshots directly shisui in round 1).

right now is not that good sadly.

the problem of mangetsu is that is water, so gengetsu may not be selected by water enhancement and doesn't remove a debuff on gengetsu (even if let him dodge).
