Discounting fillers (because there were a lot of ugly or weird or simply blandooking OG characters on them), what characters do you think are the best, look, and most meh looking characters in terms of character design? Kishi is pretty much a god when it comes to character design, so I think it's hard to pick up both good and bad, but here I go;

Best- Gaara. Amidst all great designs Gaara always stuck out to me as simply looking incredible. His design is instantly recognizable, the way his character talks and acts is very well portrayed within his design. The "sand bag" on his back is iconic as hell
