1＃ Go ToDiscounting fillers (because there were a lot of ugly or weird or simply blandooking OG characters on them), what characters do you think are the best, look, and most meh looking characters in terms of character design? Kishi is pretty much a god when it comes to character design, so I think it's hard to pick up both good and bad, but here I go;
Best- Gaara. Amidst all great designs Gaara always stuck out to me as simply looking incredible. His design is instantly recognizable, the way his character talks and acts is very well portrayed within his design. The "sand bag" on his back is iconic as hell

Kakashi for me I was all head over heels for over 15 years. XD
When Kakashi was firstly introduced the drawing was a bit 1990's manga. But his look has improved throughout the series to 21st Century.
One of the best things I like Kishimoto's work that he actually showed each characters' growth throughout the series without you notice and you basically grew with them. Unlike how Ash left his small town and somewhat 100 years later still 10 years old.
