but it could incur anger if there isn't a plunder agreement or allowance. (common sense tells you not to spread unnecessary anger)

Some people even farm fishes so they can go fishing those fishes. (its work) And some people pay just to have a fishing experience.

Thinking of it like a permission to hunting wild animals. Certain animals are naturally harder to hunt due to protected rights and supply.

While some are so plentiful so hunting is permitted. Knowing that if you plunder someone not under peaceful agreement will simply result in bad karma.

Should be reason enough to not plunder others for plunder fun. If you need to plunder, you do so because it's for a cause of living.

These days in civilized society we don't use plunder a living thou, we say [earn a living] because civilized society knows the laws of nature.

That saying, Imo a good plunder should only give credit rewards and not harm the plunderie nor plunderer in a successful plunder.

I think you're absolutely right. If you look at it from one side, the plunderie as you call it is upset due to not giving consent to be essentially "robbed", however the plundering system is a game mechanic that has existed since the start of the game, and technically speaking, plundering comes with more risk than reward, as the plunderer gets no coupons if he or she fails to successfully defeat the plunderie, whilst the plunderie still gets a portion of the initial value when defeated by the plunderer. In the end both the plunderer and the plunderie can get upset, so the only real way to avoid that is to create or buy *t just to plunder it daily, which in my opinion is quite pointless.

Regarding plunder, it is a feature of the game that allows players to be rewarded for plundering. With convoy, there is a support system where players can wait for their group members to support them before going out. Although support does not always guarantee success, it does help in alleviating some attempts. It has also been recommended in the past to plan how you convoy and do it at times most advantageous for you.
