New Space-Time clusters?

How about some new space time clusters for a change? 128 people can qualify. People who join the HK server who oppened today (and it's the same for the other regions), are up against servers, who started 6 months ago.

Translation: even extreme Whales would need to spend 5 Digits easy, to even make it into the Top 16. The vast majority of the players never will qualify for space time even once.

Is there a valid reason that the Space-time clusters are so big? I have been watching this for a while. Ever since the Madara-December-Event, the amount of people who actually spend (= buy J-Medal) has gone down drastically. Talking to the people; many would like to spend, but see no point to compete with Servers half a year of age. This makes perfect sence, considering that there are manyt hings one cannot just go and buy (like ultimate treasure essences from events).
