Best Treasure for 10 scrolls?

Basically the title,

I feel like I need a replacement for my Tsunade[Sannin War], also maybe my Anko. The other two ninjas are fire main and Konohamaru[Shippuden.] Which treasures have the best common ninjas(obtainable with 10 scrolls)? I am level 65.

Or should I just wait until I have 60 and try to get a rare?

In my opinion, wait until level 70 and use scrolls on Great Ninja War treasure if any.

Honestly I'd always recommend to wait up to 300 scrolls because the you get the best bonus deal on rebates


But if you are in a rush for ninja then better wait until you have at least 60 to pull a rare ninja
