You should use a burst like team that has a lot of 10 hit combo chases and offensive Mysteries, Lee, Tenten, Guy can help, if it doesn't work, keep powering up and you will get it eventually.

Spam clones, use naruto and sai to have unlimited clones and when the frog spits that big saliva, you pray that it hits the clones and not your ninjas.
