I have 16 Advanced Ninja Optional Packs which includes 5 Karachi Susanoo, Rinnegan Sasuke or Edo Itachi frags(so a full 3 star recruit) and I was wondering which one is the best and which I should get.

Edo Itachi is the better overall unit, suiting both Defense and Offense. Kakashi Susanoo is a purely offensive support, while Rinne Sasuke...

If you have susanoo itachi and madara konoha founder, then sasuke rinnesharingan would be a great addition. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting edo itachi
