Hello Oasis,

I want to make report about customer service services.. Why their services too slow n took long time to solve thing that we report to them. For example, we recharge ingots successful but our ingots didn't delivered into our account. Then we make a report to customer service and then why their services too slow to solve that case. People recharge ingots means they need to use the ingots urgent. Not that delayed n slow services provide until for whole week and the event all gone already. People need to use the ingots urgently and that's why they recharge. Please I hope u guys take serious about this services problem.
