Replacement in what sense?

Generally, konan full skillbroken or temari swimsuit are the most common replacement for her in her usual lineups but beware they do work not even remotely as good as her.

you're wasting a potencial dmg boost, for a control team mostly, even then it's a bold move, since lightning main doesnt rely on control in this patch, he either works as a support chakra generator or blitz.

well who should be in the team

You could go with a support, like Mangetsu, Kurenai, Mabui, Toroi, etc or a buffer like Darui, Sasuke or Guy.

Konan and her replacements will neither help your team or benefit from it.

Try to find a ninja that has a decent mystery also, since with this team you have only LM's mystery that can deal any real damage.

Instead of trying to make that team work, just switch to wind main and run konan, gaara, and kurenai. Konan is a great damage dealer and can win most battles for you
