Only way to get 4th Hokage Minato is through lucky stars event.... but last 4 of them offered only Madara... I don't know how can I get Minato, only ninja that I want to get that is from the event, when Oasis doesn't offer him at all...

I just don't know how to get my favorite ninja, I'm f2p player, I don't spend coupons at all, I only save it for the lucky stars to get Minato, but they don't offer him at all, wtf. What other events offer him?
