I just don't know how to get my favorite ninja, I'm f2p player, I don't spend coupons at all, I only save it for the lucky stars to get Minato, but they don't offer him at all, wtf. What other events offer him?

I remember him being in other events consistently in the past months. I think he was in konoha great tree, sakura's gift, lucky board, and even great plates. The best you can do is keep requesting for him and hope he does come back in future events
