Use a lineup with masked man and immobile Anbu Itachi, thus preventing Shisui from gaining extra standard attack and debuff cancelation. Having a higher initiative also gives you an upper hand if you want to focus and burst down Shisui. Just don't forget to equip pakkun as your summon mystery to bait his dodge passive.

if they use shisui p1 (first to hit mystery) then you can go mangetsu and team of hidden mist, it's always fun to see shisui doin mystery for my team to simply dodge it... also pakun is good anti-dodge characters

ah so i'll have to work on that, atm my friends recommend working on getting jonin minato frags since i already have kid kakashi and kid obito, hopefully that'll be better
