is there way way ?
In the game, no. However, you can do two things:
1) go make a spreadsheet and record how many times you pull from a treasure, including the free draws. This method will be more accurate since you are recording it yourself everytime you pull but requires you to do it anytime and you might be lazy to do so.
2) estimate how much by counting the rares in the treasure. This method depends on you knowing what are the rares in the treasure and how much you need for a rare and the average amount of seal scrolls needed since treasures like the Jinchuriki treasures won't need the the average 60 pull compared to treasures like kage/GNW. Also, "average" does not mean you pull a rare every time at 60 pulls since you can pull rares sometimes at 50 or 70 so you will most likely won't be accurate.
You can roughly estimate by counting your rare ninja pulls from that treasure and multiplying it by 60. Remember that in GNW Treasure Toroi and Pakura aren't rares.
And it may be hard to count properly if you got some ninjas like Edo Sasori from events.
It isn't hard to adjust if you got ninja from an event. You can just deduct those ninjas you got from events from the estimate. So if you have sasori but know you got 2dupes, remove a count of sasori from your estimate. If you happen to forgot which ninjas, it's still better to not count them them.
