I would say get ALL your chakras to lvl 9, then you can start leveling them to 10.

But since you are already halfway done, i guess you can fini*.

They are all worth leveling up over time. As others suggested, just level them all up evenly to 9 first. After that, start leveling core stats up first to 10 and so on.

well me being below lvl70 means i can only equip 2 on each character; thus i've saved the golden/red ones for later use
