[ Help ] why dont i see norma 3rd hokage in events???

I'm thinking of getting normal 3rd hokage now before yall hate me in the comments just know that he is actualy really good as a support/offensive support ninja I just haven't seen him in any events reasently if anyone knows if or when he was in a event or was in one reasently let me know thanks guys

He was in some events a few months ago (Fishing Mania or Time Limited Recruitment IIRC). He's also available as an RNG drop every month in MGM Mission Boxes, so that's a thing if you want him really badly. (wouldn't count on RNG though)
