i have been playing this game since it dropped on US soil, i have never EVER had a problem with putting a new card onto the game and using the money i have on it, i have tried in the past 2 hours between 4 different cards to try to recharge 50$ so i can update my metal. it tells me its high risk, and when i go to the support about it, it tells me i don't have the money (which i do), and my internet isn't stable (which it is very stable). So i put in a ticket and probably will get some bull * reason for why, or they will tell me the same thing, fix your game Oasis
