You don't need to know Chinese to use that one. Its very simple to use. If I'm correct, Administration said, that they are working on something like that, but they didn't give us any dates.

There's German one - you can Search by Ninja Name there (Just some are missing, like Sai) ';>

and you can learn Basic Words to make combos:
Tiefes - Low Float
Hohes - High Float
Fallen - Knock D
Zuruck.. - Repulse
Hohe Combo - High Combo (10)
