would suggest that you use a higher level of stabilizer since your lines are still coming out pretty shaky. in digital, the key is to draw with quick, fast strokes for smoother lines. and use a stabilizer, and possibly a brush with pressure sensitivity
also the shoes lmao like i know you probably traced this but try to understand what's going on in the original picture then recreate them in your art, cos we know shes wearing shoes or something in the left picture, but you seem to have very awkward lines for her feet?

this is definitely excellent work with a mouse! with the right tools, mouse-work c*so be incredibly precise and smooth. i used a mouse to draw for half a year before i bought a tablet. sure it takes a lot more time, though. (u can find tutorials on youtube to show you exactly how to do lineart using a mouse)
