  • hate to bring the bad news, but i tested again and yes the buffs are bugging, no def or res increase for konoha ninjas anywhere...

I tested too, and no buffs here xD And when i reported bug i got answer from admins: "Just conducted a few tests and it's working perfectly fine.

There is no bug" but apparently it is. So @Tobei can you do some tests again, i'm not only one with Chiriku not working as it should
