i tested and the buffs is lineup only...

would be too op if 40% def and res is active cross-field

hate to bring the bad news, but i tested again and yes the buffs are bugging, no def or res increase for konoha ninjas anywhere...

WITH CHIRIKU

Indeed, it either feels as if it doesn't work at all, or it barely gives anything, not 40%.

Hi! Chiriku's buff only works for your own lineup and they must be Konoha ninjas.

Also, Chiriku's buff is working as intended and is not bugged, you can find a more detailed explanation here courtesy of ICE*.

I tested too, and no buffs here xD And when i reported bug i got answer from admins: "Just conducted a few tests and it's working perfectly fine.

There is no bug" but apparently it is. So @Tobei can you do some tests again, i'm not only one with Chiriku not working as it should
