A player in my server told me if you click the moon scroll seal in daily practice i tried it and it did not work so im asking if you guys know where you get strange stones

You get strange stones when you go over the limit for the weekly sun/moon coins. Like if the weekly limit was 5k moon coins, if you got 100 extra moon coins above 5k, they would be converted to strange stones.
